Force Government Prioritization
Low-tax, low-regulation states like Tennessee are growing, while Missouri has been stuck in neutral. If we keep the same tax code, we get the same result. We need to eliminate personal property and income taxes, and also reform real estate taxes to grow our economy and our bank accounts.
Families have to watch every penny, so we should force the government to prioritize just the same. We the People are not an unlimited bank account for the state. Government budgets exploded in 2020/21, and the private sector needs a chance to catch up. When Missourians see real wage growth, government services will grow with it.
Make Cities Safer
Demand Education Excellence
We want to go downtown without fearing for our lives. Unfortunately, we don't right now. The city has cool places to visit and a lot of potential, but it's struggling due to both real and perceived crime problems. Our urban areas need a strong police presence and prosecutors who will put criminals behind bars. We need safe cities to grow our economy and tourism.
We have an obligation to teach our kids and prepare them to become successful adults. Too many students are falling behind and struggling to meet pretty low standards. If we don't demand change, our children won't be able to compete with China. We must refocus on the basics of learning and rebuild the education system so it works for all families.
